SpringHill Suites by Marriott Statesboro University Area

What the room lacked the staff made up in. It is our second time staying at this hotel and they are so accommodating and friendly! The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is due to minor things like lack of trash bins in the bathroom area and lighting! I was a beautiful room for the price however with the King double having a sofa that converted to two twin size beds!

We stay here when visiting family in the area. Rooms and breakfast are great! Leslie B. is always professional and kind, which makes all the difference in returning. Thank you SpringHill Suites for a nice, comfortable place to hang our heads in Statesboro, GA.

We were greeted and warmly welcomed by Star. She is well informed and helpful with any questions and requests we had. Lots of options with special diet varieties at breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and up to suite standards. I will look into Springfield Suites as my preferred hotel while traveling for work and vacation.

The staff here is the best! The hotel is in good condition. I need to apologize to the staff. I was there for a long term training program and well.... I flunked out and had to leave on short notice. So I apologize for leaving so much junk behind. I has planned on success; not failure. Y'all treated me and my son like family and I appreciate everything you did during our stay. Thank you very much .

Had a minor issue with our lock but Lesley at the front desk was super quick to react and less than 30 minutes later we got upgraded to a bigger room at no extra charge. Things happen all the time that you can’t help but the staff was super accommodating! Also, Daniel (I think that that was his name) at the breakfast area was super nice to all the kids and had almost all the breakfast items out a little earlier than 7 which was nice with us having kids!

I visited with friends when they stayed. It's what you'd expect from a good hotel. Nothing wildly out of the ordinary but that's not a bad thing. The rooms were clean and good though the sheets felt a bit stiff (a problem with most hotels I've ever been to to be fair) the young lady at the front seat, her name was Star I believe, certainly lived up to her name and was very friendly, polite & helpful! Much better than some places I've been in recent years. Overall a good experience & would recommend.

Great place to stay, would definitely stay again! Clean and convenient. Shout out to Star at the front desk, so helpful and always smiling!

Always love coming here! The staff is great, the rooms are spacious. Nice pool, lobby n fitness center. My go-to spot whenever I'm in town!
